The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for my sister's surgery, and I appreciated the kind support from the staff during our ER visit.

The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby parks like Sullivan Park, just over 5 kilometers away and perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Easy to get to even on a dark foggy night. Room was comfortable. Indoor pool was perfect temperature. Great selection on the breakfast items. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was amazing, constantly checking our needs. The breakfast was nice, especially the omelets and customizable coffee options.

Noise disturbances from other guests affected our comfort, and our check-in process was hampered by issues with keys not working properly.

The room was nicely updated and new-fashioned, had large beds and exceptional views. There was a large bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The service was friendly with an early check-in.

We enjoyed the pool and relaxing hot tub. The nearby Centennial Trail was perfect for a morning jog with beautiful views of the river. Definitely a fun getaway spot! Just remember to keep valuables locked in your car, though.

It made for a restless night, as we were right next to it. Not ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet.

The staff here were super helpful, always checking if we needed anything and making sure our stay was smooth. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after a long day. The breakfast options could use a little variety, but my kids loved the chocolate waffles!

I loved the huge, clean room I had! The bed felt a bit soft for my taste, but it was still comfortable enough to get a good sleep. The breakfast surprised me with an excellent variety, especially the fresh berry salad. I really appreciated being able to serve myself at the hot buffet. The staff were attentive. I did run into a challenge with check-in. I wished I could've checked in early as we were tired from traveling. A text notification when the room was ready would've been great too. The maintenance of the bathroom could use a little more attention, especially the lighting, it wasn't ideal for putting on makeup. Still, I'd consider coming back due to the excellent breakfast and accessible parking.

Just a reliable pick for a flying visit in Spokane Valley with very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit mix which really stood out. If you like a nice breakfast, you'll be pleased here.
